Red Manhattan

2 1/2 oz Absolut Kurant vodka
3/4 oz St. Raphael Aperitif de France wine
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with ice to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
